Services for Your Existing Molten Salt or Thermal Process Equipment

Our Technical Service Department starts up, inspects, troubleshoots, and maintains molten salt cleaning systems and salt bath nitriding systems. Our technicians work closely with our Engineering, Sales, and Research & Development teams to diagnose and resolve equipment and processing issues.

Our expertise

  • Equipment setup and maintenance: start-up and shutdown assistance for new or used equipment; preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) with reports that catch potential issues early, including suggested spare parts and equipment adjustments; troubleshooting and chemistry support.
  • Molten salt system services: pump-out, recharge, and handling of molten salt systems; specialized molten salt pumps, agitators, and sludge removal equipment, with instructions and support.
  • Training and safety: safety and operator training; provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety manuals, booklets, and work instructions.

Additional services and equipment

  • Testing equipment: for combustion analysis, wall thickness measurement, air quality, and gas pressure testing.

Customized programs

We offer quarterly maintenance contracts and annual tune-ups. If you’re short-handed, we can provide complete service programs, including supervision and contract labor.
